“As Above, So Below”
Anima Mundi means “vital spirit,” the spiritual essence or soul of the world. “As above, so below,” is a phrase heard often in spiritual circles. The concept was first laid out in The Emerald Tablet of Hermes Trismegistus.
“That which is Below corresponds to that which is Above, and that which is Above, corresponds to that which is Below in order to accomplish the miracles of the One Thing.”
An artist uses the alchemy of color and vibration, which mediate between spiritual and physical realms, to give form and image to Anima Mundi.
